Leadership development is not much different than golf improvement.

You and I have spent real time on the part of leadership development that few train — the mental game. Now, I’m taking that 3+ decades of leadership coaching experience and “baking” it into a Golf App.
There’s just a ton of similarities between the two…The pre-meeting prep, the key messaging clarity and the reset after a tough planning session are very similar to golf’s:
The pre-shot clarity.
The reset after a bad hole.
The decision to commit instead of steer.
You’ve done that work with me, at work. And, I bet you can understand how it traslate into the game of golf. Those places are where the scoring actually lives.
Here’s the thing I keep seeing: likie leadership development, the work is hard to hold onto alone. A great coaching session sticks for a week, then the old patterns creep back in.
Same is true in golf. So I’m building the piece that’s been missing — a community add-on to the app.
