Here are a few things to do to know when your vision story is sufficiently detailed to inspire others:

  1. Test the story with a diverse group of stakeholders: A good way to gauge the effectiveness of your vision story is to share it with a diverse group of stakeholders and see how it resonates with them. Ask for feedback and see if the story inspires them to take action or get involved in achieving the vision.

  2. Scenario Testing: Create hypothetical scenarios or future situations based on the vision story and test them with different stakeholder groups. If stakeholders can see how the vision story applies to various real-world situations and make decisions based on it, the story is likely detailed and compelling.
